Terms of Use

By accessing or using ConFeedAnt, you agree to these Terms. ConFeedAnt provides a logistics layer for content and messaging — including connectors to third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and VK), AI-assisted reply generation, and scheduled publishing. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to (a) visitors of our website, and (b) users and organizations who create a workspace and connect third-party accounts (a “Service Account”) to ConFeedAnt — including any team members or operators acting on their behalf.

Not affiliated with third-party platforms. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.; TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.; YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. ConFeedAnt is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with these companies.

To use ConFeedAnt you must:

• be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
• have the legal authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you act;
• provide accurate registration information and keep it up-to-date;
• keep your credentials and access tokens confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your workspace and Service Accounts.

You agree not to use ConFeedAnt to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, and consumer protection laws);
• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, malware, or otherwise abusive content;
• circumvent rate limits, access controls, or technical measures of ConFeedAnt or any connected platform;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or entity;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties outside the scope of your workspace.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are violating these rules or putting the platform at risk.

You retain all rights in the content you submit, generate, or route through ConFeedAnt (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the service and to perform the actions you direct (e.g., posting to connected channels, generating replies). You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and use Your Content with the service.

Some features may be offered for free, on a paid plan, or via usage-based billing. Pricing, included quotas, and feature scopes may change with notice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time; we will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.

We strive to keep ConFeedAnt available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure operation. We may perform maintenance, change features, or impose limits to protect the platform and connected systems. Scheduled jobs, deliveries, and AI generations may be delayed, rate-limited, or skipped because of platform or upstream constraints.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of AI outputs, or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConFeedAnt and its affiliates, licensors, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ConFeedAnt and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the service, (b) Your Content or content delivered through your Service Accounts, (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including platform terms you accepted when connecting an account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the ConFeedAnt operating entity is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings. Where permitted by law, any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable local law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order forms or plan-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ConFeedAnt regarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
